Due to the severe weather last week, we urgently needed assistance to remove a tree over the weekend. Thankfully, we managed to get a hold of someone within 30 seconds, and in under 10 minutes Michelle had organised for someone to visit our property for an assessment.

As someone who was frantic, I truly appreciated the reassurance Steve provided. During the review, he was extremely transparent. To give us peace of mind, he even cut a few branches so they wouldn’t interfere with the cables and to reduce the weight of the tree making it stable until the team could arrive on Monday. To do all of this over the weekend, and free of charge, was genuinely heartfelt service.

What I loved most about Steve’s approach was that he didn’t gatekeep anything. He was there to help, share tips and tricks, and even pointed us to where we could buy a good saw.

With Christmas around the corner, this was an unexpected expense, and we were grateful that they offered a payment plan.

On Monday, the team arrived and completed the job. What was really nice to hear was the laughter and friendly banter among the crew. It’s great to see such good teamwork and persistence in action.

Their quote was also the most affordable. Communication with Michelle was fantastic and made everything easy to organize.
