Every part of the job job was explained beforehand, and they made everything effortless. Our old apricot tree is looking so much more healthier. Due to the severe weather last week, we urgently needed assistance to remove a tree over the weekend. Thankfully, we managed to get a hold of someone within 30 seconds, and in under 10 minutes Michelle had organised for someone to visit our property for an assessment.

As someone who was frantic, I truly appreciated the reassurance Steve provided. During the review, he was extremely transparent. To give us peace of mind, he even cut a few branches so they wouldn’t interfere with the cables and to reduce the weight of the tree making it stable until the team could arrive on Monday. To do all of this over the weekend, and free of charge, was genuinely heartfelt service.

What I loved most about Steve’s approach was that he didn’t gatekeep anything. He was there to help, share tips and tricks, and even pointed us to where we could buy a good saw.

With Christmas around the corner, this was an unexpected expense, and we were grateful that they offered a payment plan.

On Monday, the team arrived and completed the job. What was really nice to hear was the laughter and friendly banter among the crew. It’s great to see such good teamwork and persistence in action.

I highly recommend Armes Tree for several reasons. First of all, Steve’s deep knowledge and experience with trees are very reassuring, he truly knows his craft. Their quote was also the most affordable. Communication with Michelle was fantastic and made everything easy to organize. The arborist team was amazing and worked quickly to remove a huge fallen tree and another one that was standing above my house. They handled everything safely and efficiently. Amazing service. We had a large tree fall in our property due to bad weather, we had Stephen around the morning quoting the job and the very next day the tree was cleared, area cleaned and everything removed very promptly. Everyone has been friendly, professional and efficient. Highly recommend.

I called Armes Tree Solutions this morning as I had a large mature tree start to tilt after the high winds last night. They turned up with a fully equipped team in under an hour. Very impressive. The team were very professional and very friendly. They explained why the tree had started to fall over then they removed the tree quickly and efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly. The price was also less than I expected.
